2000 UK Condign Report: MoD Secret Study Finds UFOs Are Real

In 2000, the UK Ministry of Defence completed a secret study codenamed Condign, analyzed by the DI55 department, covering over 10,000 cases from 1959 to 1997. The 460-page report acknowledged that “in some cases, the performance of the aircraft is beyond current human technology.” The report proposed that “UFOs may be unknown atmospheric plasma phenomena,” but this theory failed to explain features such as simultaneous radar-visual confirmation and physical traces.
