On May 10, 1978, in the small village of Emilcin in southeastern Poland, an event occurred that remains the most famous alien abduction case in Eastern Europe to this day. A 71-year-old farmer named Jan Wolski, while driving his horse-drawn cart home, encountered an experience that changed his life.

Wolski said he saw two beings, about 1.5 meters tall, wearing black jumpsuits, standing in the middle of the road. Their skin was green, with thin black eyes and a small nose on their faces. His horse, upon seeing these creatures, immediately stopped in fright but did not flee.

The two beings walked toward Wolski, grabbed him, and then took him to a nearby white spacecraft that was hovering. The craft was about 6 meters long, oval-shaped, and floating above the ground. Wolski said he was taken inside the craft, where he saw several other green beings.

The aliens performed a procedure similar to a medical examination on Wolski through touching and inspection, particularly focusing on his genitals and joints. Wolski said he felt no pain at all, only fear. After a while, they released him back to the ground, and then the craft ascended vertically and flew away at high speed.

After the incident, Wolski immediately went to the local police to report it. The police were impressed by his genuine terrified reaction. Officers went to the scene to investigate and found a circular mark about 5 meters in diameter on the ground—the soil was flattened, forming a perfect circle.

Polish UFO researcher Zygmunt Blachowicz and other investigators conducted a detailed inquiry. Blachowicz interviewed Wolski multiple times, and each time Wolski’s description was highly consistent, with no contradictions or exaggerations.

This case attracted attention both in Poland and abroad because: first, Wolski was a simple, uneducated farmer with no motive to fabricate a story; second, the local police independently confirmed the existence of the ground marks; third, the details Wolski recalled under hypnosis were completely consistent with what he said while awake.
